1. Agreement and eligibility
Please review these terms before booking or purchasing. By accepting these terms at checkout or during booking, you agree to the terms applicable to your transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You agree to provide accurate contact, booking, and delivery information.

2. Nature of readings
Psychic and mediumship readings are offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment. Interpretations are subjective, and we do not guarantee accuracy, predictions, contact with any particular person or spirit, or a specific outcome.
Readings do not replace medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other qualified professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Nature of hypnosis services
Hypnosis services are offered for relaxation and personal development. They are not provided as medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment of a health condition.
Participation is voluntary. You may decline a suggestion, request a pause, or end a session. Results vary, and no particular outcome or number of sessions is guaranteed.
Any separate hypnosis consent form will be provided before participation. These terms do not replace that consent process.
4. Bookings and payment
Prices, currency, service duration, and applicable charges are displayed before payment. A booking is confirmed when we send a confirmation.
For remote sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable device, reliable connection, and a quiet, safe location.
If a material price or availability error affects your booking or order, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase.
5. Cancellations, lateness, and refunds

6. Retail orders and delivery
Product descriptions identify the item offered and its intended use. Natural or handmade products may vary in appearance where disclosed; this does not excuse material differences from the description.
Shipping charges, delivery destinations, and estimated timeframes are provided before purchase. If we cannot fulfill an order or meet a required shipping deadline, we will notify you and provide cancellation, refund, or delay options as required by law.
Contact hello@itpsychicmedium.com about missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Providing photographs and order details may help us resolve the issue, but does not limit your statutory rights.
7. Returns and exchanges
Reading refunds: Refunds are only given if the reader is not connecting well (it happens) or if the reading is canceled before the 24 hour period of the scheduled reading.
Return request period: 7 Days
Eligibility and item condition: Item must be in new condition
Exceptions: CUSTOM pieces are NON-RETURNABLE with the exception if there was a mistake made.
Return shipping costs: Buyer pays return shipping
Refund processing: 5 business days + whatever time it takes your bank to process

8. Product use
Follow the product label, instructions, and safety warnings. Spiritual or symbolic descriptions do not constitute a promise of health benefits, protection, financial success, or other results.
Products must be used only for their stated purpose. Product-specific warnings form part of the product information supplied with your purchase.
9. Conduct and service suitability
We may decline, pause, or end a session when participation is unsafe, someone appears impaired, conduct is abusive, or the requested service falls outside our scope.
Any charge retained for a session ended early must follow the disclosed cancellation policy and applicable law. We do not automatically retain all prepaid fees solely because we end a session.
10. Recordings and intellectual property
Recording a session requires prior agreement and any consent required by law.
Website materials and original session resources belong to IT Psychic Medium or their respective owners. Materials supplied to you are for personal use unless another license is stated.
You may not commercially reproduce or distribute protected materials without permission. This restriction does not prevent lawful reviews, complaints, reporting, or other legally protected uses.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
We do not guarantee the accuracy of readings, a particular hypnosis result, or spiritual effects from retail items.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your independent decisions based on subjective spiritual interpretations.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, negligence causing personal injury, defective products, or mandatory consumer guarantees.
12. Disputes and applicable law
